Lo mantuvieron durante 6 meses. Se devolvió con el latón rozado del anillo de vidrio y un problema con las campanas. Lo devolví. Arreglaron los metales pero no las campanas. Las campanillas ahora hacen un sonido de máquina fuerte y pueden sonar 19 veces a las 11:00. Había estado bien durante 20 años, hasta que trabajaron en él. Luego se disculparon "las piezas están gastadas". Pedí el reembolso del costo - 2500 mxn. Ofrecieron la mitad. Acepté, y tuve que ir personalmente a devolver el año de garantía. Devolví los recibos originales en papel. Eduardo, uno de los hermanos, se puso sarcástico y beligerante cuando vio que tenía una copia de la foto del recibo. I took a mantel pendulum clock there in May 2021 to clean it. When I got it back it worked for a few minutes or 48 hours and then stopped. I returned the watch under warranty.
