★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue excelente, el joven que me atendió me explicó perfectamente el problema con mi reloj y me mostró qué había que repararle (problemas en la maquinaria por humedad a causa de un empaque roto).
El costo de la reparación fue razonable y me lo entregaron a tiempo y funcionando perfecto. Las veces que llamé por teléfono -tanto como para pedir información antes y para preguntar después si ya estaba listo mi reloj- me atendió una mujer sumamente amable.
Recomiendo mucho el servicio.
The attention was excellent, the young man who attended me explained perfectly the problem with my watch and showed me what had to be repaired (problems in the machinery due to humidity caused by a broken packaging).
The cost of the repair was reasonable and it was delivered on time and in perfect working order. The times I called by phone - both to ask for information before and to ask if my watch was ready - I was answered by a very kind woman.
I highly recommend the service.
