Primero el relojero que me atendió fue claro y amable, 2 llaves de auto con cambio de pilas, una llave Nissan y otra llave Honda. Al cambiar y probar la llave honda para subirme a mi carro, no funcionaba así que me regrese (estaba en el estacionamiento). El relojero a ser cuestionado que no me funcionaba la llave honda… sólo me dijo .. “Te pongo la anterior..” Acepte para comprobar que mi pila anterior funcionara y solo pedir que me cambiaran por otra pila y mi sorpresa fue que el relojero, me regreso mi llave y mi dinero por esa pila/servicio. Sin embargo no quise ponerme a discutir ahí y me retire, ya que pudo salir otro servio aún peor, para mi sorpresa noté que mi llave tenía unos raspones… Esto me deja como lección aprendida qué hay que ser cuidadosos a quien le encargas tus cosas ya que estos detalles sólo hacen que se vea fea mi llave. Quiero pensar que se molestó por ser cuestionado… pero no era necesario dañar mi llave. Uno busca servicio de calidad, así que no volveré a este lugar. Today I had a mixed experience requesting to change some batteries in my car key. First the watchmaker who attended me was clear and friendly, 2 car keys with battery change, a Nissan key and another Honda key. When I changed and tried the sling key to get in my car, it did not work so I turned back (it was in the parking lot). The watchmaker to be questioned that the sling key did not work ... he only told me ... "I'll put the previous one ..." I accepted to check that my old battery worked and only asked to be exchanged for another battery and my surprise was that the watchmaker returned my key and my money for that battery / service. However, I did not want to argue there and I left, since another even worse service could come out, to my surprise I noticed that my key had some scratches ... This leaves me as a lesson learned that you have to be careful who you entrust your things to since these details only make my key look ugly. I want to think he was upset to be questioned ... but it was not necessary to damage my key. One seeks quality service, so I will not return to this place.
