Excelente sitio para mantenimiento o comprar un reloj

Pésimo servicio, llevé un reloj Nivada Smart Watch para cambiar las pilas, ya que después de mucho tiempo sin usar no cargaba. El señor no tardó ni 5 minutos en revisar dentro en el taller y me dice que el reloj "es desechable". Así que lo llevé a otro relojero y me dijo que sólo le podía poner la pila para que funcionara en analógico que el smart le habían dañado al intentar quitar la pila y que no me interesaba repararlo porque era caro. Muy mala experiencia, ni siquiera supo cambiar la pila de funcionamiento normal analógico y además dañó un reloj que no es barato, Seguramente este señor por la edad y otros comentarios tendrá mucha experiencia con relojes antiguos, con relojes modernos necesita actualizarse o mejor que no los toque porque los deja "desechables".

I’ve had the pleasure of asking Sr. Raul Vazquez for special help several times, and he and his shop have performed brilliantly. Try to find this elsewhere in San Miguel. Maybe so elsewhere, but it ain’t easy. ? Just a few examples: Over my past years here, I’ve had two mechanical chime mantle clocks that have each, after many years, had the main spring break. Sure, I was able to contact Hermule suppliers in the U.S. and have replacement springs and barrels shipped down, since there’s no way to get ‘em here. Sr. Raul readily accepted the job as a skilled craftsman, took the clockworks apart, replaced the main spring assembly, put everything back together again and they’re working great. Another time worth mentioning: I received a family heirloom diamond ring from my grandparents when I was graduated from college more than 50 years ago. My knuckles have swollen with old age and it won’t fit. Relojeria Raul accepted the job of re-sizing the ring, even though it meant adding more gold to do the job because it was already kinda thin at the base. When I got it back, it now fits perfectly. And, the work they did is perfectly transparent. I can’t tell by signs of a “patch” to add the gold. They even tightened the setting for the diamond so that it doesn’t rattle anymore. Again, very nice people, exceptionally skilled, craftsmanship, and a great place to do business.
