Fuí dos veces el mismo día esperando que me atendiera "el señor" y la segunda vez que fuí, en cosa de un momentito me dijeron que mi reloj no tenía arreglo porque era desechable.
Vine a La Gran Plaza, con el señor que está en la planta alta, y al momento de hacer esta publicación, me pidió quedarse con mi reloj para ver de repararlo.
Sé que mi reloj no es muy bueno, pero es un TIMEX. Tengo con el 14 años.
No creo volver a Relojería Vidal, lugar el cual llegué a recomendar en algún momento.
Very bad experience.
I went twice the same day hoping that "the Lord" would attend to me and the second time I went, in a matter of a moment they told me that my watch could not be fixed because it was disposable.
I came to La Gran Plaza, with the man who is on the top floor, and at the time of making this publication, he asked me to keep my watch to see how it was repaired.
I know my watch is not very good, but it is a TIMEX. I have with the 14 years.
I do not think I will return to Relojeria Vidal, a place which I came to recommend at some point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio!! Para recomendar no ir allí!! En lugar de reparar el reloj lo destrozaron! No cambiaron las piezas que dijeron y no realizaron la hermeticidad de la máquina. Luego de una revisión por un especialista me informan que la maquinaria original fue cambiada por una chafa! Inconcebible!
Very bad service !! To recommend not to go there !! Instead of repairing the clock they destroyed it! They did not change the parts they said and did not perform the sealing of the machine. After a review by a specialist they inform me that the original machinery was changed by a flat! Inconceivable!
