Debo decir que mucha gente que invierte en remates hipotecarios no entiende que esto toma un tiempo y llegan a desesperarse, pero les digo, UPTOWN si me cumplio perfectamente, valio la pena la espera. Ese dinero en el banco por los 17 meses que llevo esto no me hubiera dado ni la decima parte en intereses, de lo que obuve en mi inversión con UPTOWN remates hipotecarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumplen con lo que ofrecen, pero OJO, un remate hipotecario no es como ir a comprar calcetines, adquieres una CESION de DERECHOS, por lo que lo que procede es un que ahora eres dueño del inmueble y del juicio que lo ampara. Con paciencia se puede uno hacer de propiedades excelentes a menos de la mitad del precio.
