Terrible customer service, I bought a lap with them and arrived in terrible condition, they do not give an answer for warranty or for return. It is a complete scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible lleve una lap top hace tiempo, le quitaron piezas originales a mi maquina cuando solo la lleve a revisión y diagnostico. Me percate de la situación y todavía se ofendieron tengan mucho cuidado.
Terrible terrible I had a lap top a long time ago, they removed original parts from my machine when I only took it for review and diagnosis. I noticed the situation and they still took offense, be very careful.
