Hay un conflicto de intereses entre los socios de esta oficina con sus asesores, lo cual repercute en la atención al cliente. Pasaron dos meses y pocas veces tuve retroalimentación por parte la oficina para saber cuál era el estado de mi propiedad con respecto a los posibles clientes.
Me hicieron perder mi tiempo.
Tengan cuidado con lo que prometen porque en mi caso nunca les importó que yo haya confiando en sus servicios..
Incluso el anuncio que colocaron en mi balcón estuvo semanas volteado por el viento, a pesar de yo haberles hecho la observación nunca lo atendieron y hubo gente que preguntó por la propiedad y los de REMAX jamás contestaron.
Una gran falta de respeto al cliente y nula seriedad profesional.

Be careful what you promise because in my case they never cared that I trusted their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con el asesor Raúl Alejandro Tames Díaz ya que mo respeta el aviso de privacidad y comunica el trámite a nesuo mundo sobre todo a gente que no tiene nada que ver, forza al cliente para que saquen poderes que nada que ver porque busca mas dinero por fuera abusados!!!!Tengan mucho cuidado el tal Raúl nunca trabajo ahi como planta era externo y hasta la fecha se sigue haciendo pasar por empelado de ahi y cuando le reclama uno se porta grosero y patan a quienes les dieron papales levanten denuncia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio principalmente de parte la señora Yeudiel Yara Barranco Silva y el lic. Guillermo Castro.
Se compra la casa solamente con la promesa que sería máximo 1-2 meses la firma de las escrituras, fueron a casi 7 meses, se tuvo que presionar. no contestan las llamadas, te dicen que la próxima semana cuando llega el día simplemente no contestan, al punto que se tiene que pedir información a notaría.
Este año subió el precio del translado de dominio, y tuve que pagar mucho más porque no hicieron los trámites el año pasado como se prometió.
Nadie de la inmobiliaria se presentó a la firma de las escrituras cosa que sorprendió a todos los presentes (notaría y vendedor).
No cumplen con sus obligaciones.
Una vez que desembolsas el dinero pierden el interés en sus clientes.
Si usted no quiere comprar problemas, estrés, y le urge tener en forma su casa, Yo recomiendo que busquen otras alternativas.
