★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde junio de 2020 entregaron mi casa y aún no pagan el adeudo del agua, no compren su casa con ellos, y si la compran no firmen papeles hasta que les entreguen los comprobantes de que pagaron todos los adeudos porque una vez entregada ya ni las llamadas te responden, o te inventan que cambiaron de dirección sus oficinas son un asco de personas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día para comentarles mi experiencia, todo iba muy bien muy atentos y dando seguimiento hasta... que se les realizo el pago por parte del banco/infonavit, apartir de ahí como ellos ya tenían su dinero, tenias que andar detrás de ellos para la entrega, no te actualizaban información, primero dijeron que un mes y termino siendo 2 meses, cuando entregaron la casa, nos aseguraron que se hicieron pruebas de agua y electricidad, lo cual no pudimos constatar en el momento ya que la entregan sin focos y no contábamos con bomba instalada para el suministro de agua, al instalarla, nos percatamos que no revisaron nada referente al agua ya que al menos 4 mangueras de baños o lavabos estaban dañadas y presentaban fugas por deterioro, ademas de un flotador del baño y un socket de foco no funcionaba, se reporto y según nos iban a dar seguimiento pero a partir de la fecha ya no contestaron llamadas ni mensajes, eso fue a la semana de entregada, cuando según ellos son 2 meses de garantía. Mi recomendación es que firmen un contrato de fecha de entrega y que hagan todo lo posible por ustedes instalar agua en toda la casa el día de la entrega, ellos ofrecen ese servicio de instalar cosas adicionales pero me quiero ni imaginar como hubiera quedado o cuanto tiempo más nos hubieran tardado en entregar.

My recommendation is that you sign a delivery date contract and do everything possible for you to install water throughout the house on the day of delivery, they offer that service of installing additional things but I don't even want to imagine how it would have been or how long they would have taken us longer to deliver.

No firmen ningún contrato hasta que no les entreguen la casa sin adeudos y sin haberle echo modificaciones a la casa de como acordaron
