excelentes locaciones, servicios, y trato en general, me hospede en diferentes locaciones y todas excelentes, super comodas y bien equipadas. soy chef y para mi una cocina bien equipada es fundamental, y las locaciones tienen de todo, me encanto. limpieza, orden y excelente decoracion. super centricas las locaciones. recomiendo 100%

I would love to give Remixto a better review, but in good conscience, I simply can't. While some staff members were kind and helpful and some aspects of the apartments I stayed in were agreeable, this is one of those situations were the bad heavily outweighs the good. I have stayed with Remixto twice in Mexico City, once for a short stay, and another time for an extended stay (over a month). In both cases, the apartments I rented were not exactly as shown in the photos (Remixto seems to own several, if not all, of the apartments in certain buildings and uses compilations of photos of various apartments on their AirBnb listings). And, in both cases, the apartments did not have hot water. One time would have seemed like a fluke. Two times made it seem like the management was aware of these issues and renting the apartments nonetheless. On my shorter trip, I was moved to a better apartment with hot water, which I felt was an appropriate solution. However, during my long stay, we never had consistent hot water (for something like 50 days), and we were only ever offered to move to a new apartment when we requested this solution directly. The new apartment options we were given were in no way comparable (fewer bedrooms, fewer baths, different neighborhoods that were farther from were I worked, etc.). In the end, we decided to stick it out in the apartment without hot water and endured almost daily visits from plumbers and the building's maintenance staff, and frequently, these visits were unannounced. On several occasions, I arrived to unexpectedly find someone working in the apartment. And, in an odd turn of events, one time a team of around 10 people showed up at the door with no prior warning, telling me they needed to enter the apartment to hang a banner advertisement from the balcony, and they proceeded to do so. As if this weren't enough, there were some red flags in both stays regarding security--obviously the aforementioned unannounced personnel visits, but other things too. The lobby door of the apartment I stayed in the first time was often left open by construction workers going in and out. The WiFi internet connection at the apartments wasn't secure. I could go on. In a detailed conversation I had with the management about our experience, they told me that some of their newer properties simply weren't where they needed to be yet. My question: why rent them? Does it really make sense to make money off of guests that you know will have a poor experience? Why not just wait until the apartments are fully functional and give your guests the best experience possible and keep them coming back and recommending your services?

What an experience my wife and I had with the Remixto Illume property in the Roma district of Mexico City. The condo was so ideal and tastefully decorated incredible with comfortable king’ size beds. The location was spot on 15 to 20 minute UBER ride for pennies!! From every tourist attraction, and to boot very safe to walk around day and night. The piece de resistance was the concierge team and the condo doorman first class. Cannot Waite to get back to the great nearby restaurants and the historical culture of Mexico withe the Remixto rental property. JW

I stayed in Roma Norte and when I got to the brand new building I was welcomed by a dreamer from USA and she explained everything to me about the place. It is amazing they had a house keeper clean once a week which impressed me and he did a great job. The balcony is enormous long and the view of the blue skyscraper is impressive at night. The master bedroom is perfect the king bed fit for a king. The master en suite impressive and hot water real hot ! Location between condessa and avenue Obregón so easy Stanley took amazing care and I was ther two weeks

My experience with Remixto has been absolutely wonderful! The team has been kind, helpful, prompt and has made sure that I feel right at home. Their design, decor and boutique hotel feel is just what the soul needs whether on vacation or staying long term. Every location I've stayed are within safe neighborhoods and provided with secure enter/exit. Their new cleaning service is excellent, coming home to a beautifully cleaned apartment has been very comforting. I will continue to #StayRemixto and look forward to many more beautiful vacations with the Remixto family. Muchas gracias!!

We had a great time staying here! Great location, very clean, easy check in, and the door man made it feel very safe (which it was anyways), couldn't recommend more!

This apartment was a beautiful modern, feel as well as extremely spacious! Check in was very smooth and a lot of great food walking distance. Very safe area, felt very comfortable even walking around at night. The host was excellent as well, very fast response time to all our questions. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
