★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí pésima atención de esta empresa espero se difunda este mensaje primeramente tuve que decirles 2 veces lo que necesitaba y después me pasaron con otra señora que le dije que si no tenían comunicación que no podía estar repitiendo la misma información de lo que necesitaba a todo mundo y posteriormente tajante y groseramente me colgó se ve que no son serios y que tienen pésima atención al cliente porque lo que pudo haber empezado para una buena compra se redujo a nada LASTIMA DE PERSONAL y de empresa, SE DICEN EN SU MISION EXCEDER LA SATISFACCION DEL CLIENTE cosa que es un adorno nada mas, y EN SU VISION SE JACTAN DE DAR VALOR AL CLIENTE y no además tienen una certificación ISO-9001 que la verdad no les sirve para nada iINCREIBLE!!! no bueno, y para variar en la misma visión dicen que su PERSONAL CRECE Y SE DESARROLLA EN LO PERSONAL Y LO PROFESIONAL ¡¡¡PS NO SE NOTA!!! se nota a leguas que son unos prepotentes y faltos de educación, ética profesional y valores empresariales como se jactan en su pagina web y EL COLMO que se dicen son SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLES la verdad hay que enseñarles el significado de esta palabra porque la señora quien me atendió se nota que a duras penas fue a la escuela o ha agarrado un diccionario por lo menos. Que bueno que no inicie ninguna relación comercial con esta empresa y su personal porque lo que mal empieza mal acaba que bueno que me evite un pedazo de hígado y posiblemente con ese trato hasta me hubiesen quedado mal en cualquier momento.

I received terrible attention from this company, I hope this message is disseminated first, I had to tell them 2 times what I needed and then they passed me with another lady who told her that if they had no communication that I could not be repeating the same information as what I needed to everyone and then bluntly and rudely hung up, I can see that they are not serious and that they have very bad customer service because what could have started for a good purchase was reduced to nothing LAST PERSONAL and company, THEY SAY THEMSELVES TO EXCEED CUSTOMER thing that is an ornament nothing more, and IN THEIR VISION THEY ARE BORN TO GIVE VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER and they also do not have an ISO-9001 certification that the truth does not serve them at all INCREDIBLE !!! not good, and to vary in the same vision they say that their PERSONNEL GROWS AND DEVELOPS PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL! PS DOES NOT NOTE! you can tell leagues that they are arrogant and lacking in education, professional ethics and business values as they boast on their website and THE HIGH that they say are SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE the truth must be taught the meaning of this word because the lady who attended me It shows that he hardly went to school or at least grabbed a dictionary. It is good that I did not start any business relationship with this company and its staff because what starts badly ends up just as good as avoiding a piece of liver and possibly with that treatment I would have stayed bad at any time.
