In general it is a good Spa and meets what is expected in terms of services, in fact it is remodeled and it looks very nice.

The place in general is fine, although the photos on your page do not match reality, in the garden there are no more a pool! The worst is the guy at the front desk who claims to be Partner of the place and does not know how to treat customers!!!

The staff was arrogant and rude. Especially the guy charging. The staff look at you like you're bothering them and one guy looked at me and laughed, when I asked him where the jacuzzi was, how is that funny? Condescending tones were too much. The guy who gave the massage, asked for a 30 dollar tip. Massage was not all that. I've had better and paid less. They are way over priced and charge you for everything. If they know you're American they will rip you off on overcharging you. Their attitude is you want to stay pay, if not we do not care. The arrogant agents and give you a look of "what are you doing here", those who give massages take advantage of charging you more than they should and if they know that you are from the United States they take advantage. But the agent who charged very arrogant and with a poor attitude. I never go back also the boys who were there gave a look that you don't look at me and laugh. I went because the website page spoke well and that they are here to serve you and according to how friendly they are. 2000 pesos to treat you badly.
