Irónicamente los supermercados si tienen letrero y una institución de gobierno no cuentan con un letrero de que no pueden pasar menores,además hacen un "supuesto filtro covid " y adentro el gentio sin sana distancia y cuando dejan de platicar las policías te ponen el gel

Parado 2 horas esperando porque las trabajadoras decían que no podían responder preguntas, y que tenía que hacer fila, para que al llegar me dijeran que mi tramite no era con ellos porque no nací en Jalisco. Me dan asco

Muy buena atención de su personal, excelente servicio!! Sus guardias (vigilancia) dejan mucho que desear...te dan un trato como si fueras reo...le gritan mucho a las personas mayores ...

Pésimo servicio para el trámite de CURP Certificada el personal es lento, grosero y la señora con sus calmas llega de desayunar.

muy lento, no hay lugar para sentarse, me toco la experiencia de que a una persona que estaba sentada en el suelo despues de un par de horas de estar parado llego una guardia de seguridad y le dijo "no puede sentarse en el suelo, hay lugar para sentarse en las jardineras (lugar donde todo el rato a pegado el sol), sino hay que traerse un banquito para sentarse, pero en el suelo no", recomendacion: sobre todo para personas de la 3ra edad o que no puedan estar mucho tiempo de pie traigan donde sentarse y/o hagan cita por internet para que no les toque esperar por horas, se manejan por fichas por si no traes cita y no alcanzaste ficha no te van a atender

Para CURP empiezan a repartir fichas a partir de las 8:15 hasta aproximadamente 10:30. Yo llegué a las 9:55 y me tocó la ficha 122. Solo repartieron hasta la 145. Me desocupe hasta las 3pm. Si entras con cita, máximo esperas 15 min. En mi caso no tenían citas hasta dentro de 9 días y como me urgía el trámite tuve que esperar con ficha y perder toda la mañana. Las que atienden no están de muy bien humor, se entienden pero no se vale que su mala actitud la reflejen en la calidad de atención que brindan. No hay bancas y el personal de seguridad no te permite sentarte en el piso, su respuesta es "esperar parado" si pueden traigan un banquito pequeño por qué lo van a necesitar o tendrán que esperar de pie varias horas.
