2 meses y medio para reparación de un choque
3 semanas prometiendo fecha de entrega y jugando con mi tiempo, cada semana dan una fecha y hora y no cumplen.
Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se exceden con los precios al realizar un servicio tan básico según ellos es completo y por el kilometraje pero a comparación de otras agencias realmente se pasan, cuando llevas tu carro no te atienden rápido e incluso nadie está en recepción, al recojer tu auto pasa lo mismo se tardan al entregártelo, mal aspirado por cierto y todo chorreado de agua en la carrocería. Realmente no vuelvo!!!
They exceed the prices when performing such a basic service according to them it is complete and for the mileage but compared to other agencies they really go overboard, when you take your car they do not attend you quickly and even nobody is at the reception, when you pick up your car it happens what They take time to deliver it to you, badly aspirated by the way and all dripping with water on the bodywork. I really don't go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar te atienden de maravilla. Una ves que ya compraste y llevas tu vehículo a servicio el trato es de mala gana, tardado y que no se te ocurra hacer algún señalamiento porque sales regañado.
Conclusión: El servicio de Post Venta simplemente no funciona.

Fuí a qué me arreglaran un tallón. Se tardaron 1 semana, para que al final estuviera mal pintada y ese día le pusieran más pintura con el dedo. (No me percaté que estaba mal pintada por qué estaba dentro, es decir no le da el sol)
Es una agencia, no es un taller en donde esperaría esto.
Lo tuve que volver a llevar por garantía por mal pintado.

I went to have a heel fixed. It took them 1 week, so that in the end it was badly painted and that day they put more paint on it with their finger. (I did not realize that it was poorly painted because it was inside, that is, it does not get the sun)
It is an agency, it is not a workshop where I would expect this.
I had to take it back under warranty for poorly painted.
