Terrible experience. On vacation and stopped in to have poor brakes checked, under warranty at 9:20 a.m on a Saturday. We were told they would be done by 1p.m. and they would call us and we went to a mall. Texted to the service manager at 1 and was told they were still diagnosing. Texted again later a number of times with no response. Called a number of times and no response. Took a cab back at 5:00 and was told everyone was gone and the car was still in the shop and to come back on Monday. We were outraged and finally a salesman contacted someone after an hour that was told to open the door and let us have our car back. No apologies, car not repaired no comunication and we were expected to get a hotel for 2 nights and wait not knowing what the issues were. Only under the threat of staying in the showroom over night and finally calling our salesman in a different city did they release the car.
