★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía malas experiencias con Renault dorada, está vez decidí llevar mi vehículo a Renault Angelópolis y vaya que hay una gran diferencia, todos super amables y atentos con el servicio que necesita el vehículo, mi asesora fue Karen, el servicio de 10, recomendadísimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No estoy de acuerdo que para encontrar una falla que indica la computadora fácilmente tengan retenido un vehículo de trabajo por más de una semana acaso creen que las redes sociales no comparten las fallas de los vehículos nuevos o mejor dicho las piezas defectuosas que ciertos modelos vienen presentando desde hace años lo que permite que hasta en AutoZone saquen el daño en menos de tres minutos pero claro aún no comprenden porqué y para que son estás encuestas de opinión

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auto fue a cambio de bandas, siendo que este tiene 32 mil kms. A la semana reviso el nivel de aceite y este estaba por abajo de la marca, tuve que reponerle 1.5 Lts. Me queda claro que el auto no fue revisado correctamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima primera impresión. Hablé vía telefónica para pedir informes y salí casi regañado, el asesor de mal humor sin ganas de vender. Lastima que no apunte el nombre marque 16:10 horas del 18/02/2022. Que mal que no cuiden su imagen y que no capaciten a su personal. Afortunadamente hay muchas marcas.

Nos comentó que si llegaba su cliente agendado, nos dejaría en espera en lo que recibía otro vehículo.. en atención a clientes nos dijeron que hay tolerancia de 15 minutos, no lo sabíamos y no lo habíamos necesitado.. pero si nos molestó esa actitud. Por lo general nos han recibido muy bien el vehículo y con excelente atención.
