Se tardo una semana en concretar un día para firma ya que me cancelaron 3 veces, al momento de firmar me dieron otro interés, por lo que no firme. Desde ese día están dando vueltas y nunca solucionaron la situación, ni el vendedor, ni la del crédito. Terrible servicio al cliente!.... cuando fui a sacar placas me di cuenta que el modelo era 2020 y no 2021, firme por la urgencia, después de una semana con la unidad tenía un ruido en la dirección que al momento de girar have un pitido muy fuerte y baja la intensidad del aire acondicionado, ya van 6 meses, nunca lo arreglaron y claro que en ventas no dan la cara.
Almost 3 weeks ago my loan was approved at Scotiabank, Perla advises. It took a week to specify a day for signing since they canceled me 3 times, at the time of signing they gave me another interest, so I did not sign. Since that day they have been going around and they never solved the situation, neither the seller, nor the credit. Terrible customer service! .... when I went to get plates I realized that the model was 2020 and not 2021, firm due to the urgency, after a week with the unit it had a noise in the direction that at the time of turning it had a very loud beep and the intensity of the air conditioning is lowered, it's been 6 months, they never fixed it and of course they don't show their faces in sales.
