★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a buscar información para la compra de una Koleos, si bien hay un interés genuino por la atención al cliente en todo momento, considero que al menos al vendedor que me.atwmdio le falta cierta sensibilidad para referirse a la competencia o quizá llamarle conocimiento.
La realidad es que ya había visitado algunas otras agencias de la competencia y conocia sobre las mismas, sus comentarios equivocados me generaron desconfianza.
Las 4 estrellas son basadas en dos situaciones, en todo momento me trataron como un cliente, me.senti cómodo.
Y me dieron muy buena claridad en financiamiento y disponibilidad.
El error estuvo en el desconocimiento por parte del vendedor.
I went to find information for the purchase of a Koleos, although there is a genuine interest in customer service at all times, I consider that at least the seller who me.atwmdio lacks a certain sensitivity to refer to the competition or perhaps call it knowledge.
The reality is that I had already visited some other competing agencies and knew about them, their wrong comments made me distrust.
The 4 stars are based on two situations, at all times I was treated like a client, I felt comfortable.
And they gave me very good clarity on financing and availability.
The error was in the ignorance on the part of the seller.

Duster Dakar, me entregan la camioneta sin lavado de motor, sin aspirar sin ajustar una pieza porque no tienen el tornillo.
Pero el cobro completo $7115.
Es justo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio es de muy poca calidad, y el servicio de lavado es malo, cada vez q voy a la agencia pido servicio de lavado y no hay una sola vez q lo hayan dejado bien e incluso cuando dicen q me lo dan de cortesía x el inconveniente. Les falta más atención y servicio al cliente. Les falta dar más del 200%. Y todavía les dices y muestras y sacan peros.... 3l cuál uno como cliente no debe desaber o enterarse de lo q pasa haya atrás de la línea del caliente y Renault. Bueno .....
Service is of very poor quality, and the laundry service is bad, every time I go to the agency I ask for a laundry service and there is not a single time that they have left it well and even when they say that they give it to me as a courtesy because of the inconvenience . They need more attention and customer service. They need to give more than 200%. And you still tell them and show them and they get buts... 3l which one as a client should not know or find out what happens behind the line of the hot and Renault. Okay .....

Very good job by Santiago Peña, my advisor gave me the car in less than a week!!! I suggest you have all the accessories in your warehouse or at least complete information on cost and arrival time.
