★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con esta agencia tengo una renault stepwey y desde que la saqué de agencia siempre ha precentado fallas, ahora mismo esta desde hace una semana por que le cambiaran la dirección por falla de fabrica y no la han areglado, el estéreo ellos mismos lo echaron a perder y tampoco he tenido respuesta de eso, una demanda civil tendré que hacer de mi parte y obviamente la profeco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 1 mes adquiri una Renult Oroch outside al llegar a la casa y tratar de usar el Apple Card no servía probamos varios celulares, cables y un android y nada fuimos a citas a la agencia de Américas en Guadalajara lo llevamos lo recogimos y seguía igual que no sabían porque, después de levantar quejas nos contactaron y nuevamente al taller y ya por fin funciona a la semana de usarlo la alarma se activa solo y los seguros se abren solos, fuimos a cita nuevamente nos hablaron que ya estaba lista que seguramente las puertas no las cerramos bien, el sábado en la madrugada a las 4 am de nuevo la alarman comenzó a sonar la desactivamos a 5 am, de nuevo el domingo a la 1 am la alarma la dejamos desactivada y vuelve a sonar abrimos las puertas al rato vuelve a sonar le desconectamos la batería para que se callara, el lunes hablamos y que no hay citas hasta el lunes, lo llevamos así a la agencia porque es imposible dejar un coche abierto por la inseguridad por 4 ocasión en 1 mes que no saben qué tiene no hay tiempo de respuesta la peor compra de mi vida
