★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de una semana esperando respuesta para la aprobación de un crédito, el vendedor comento que máximo 2 días tendría respuesta y aun nada, ojalá mejoren esa parte ya que es poco profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, llame para preguntar por el horario del depto de refacciones para no ir en balde y gastar gasolina y tiempo, y me dijeron que era hasta las 5pm, llegó 1:57 y me dicen que ya no me pueden atender porque es solo hasta las 2, le comenté a la Srita que llame antes para confirmar el horario, pero la Srita amablemente me llevo al área y me dicen que no tenían la pieza cuando yo el día previo había hablado y me dijeron que si la tenía. El del depto de refacciones ya estaba limpiando su área de trabajo y por no querer salir más tarde me negó mi refacción. Capaciten a su personal para que informe bien los horarios, yo entiendo que quieran salir a su hora, pero me hicieron gastar tiempo y dinero. Mala atención en el área de refacciones
