Si se les da la gana, cortan tu llamada mientras estás hablando y no contestan los whatsapp (nada más te saludan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención del personal. Solo hay que estar vivos con lo que te ofrecen en el servicio y con lo que te dan. Por ejemplo a mí me dijeron en la cotización cambio de filtros. Pero a la hr de entrega me dijeron que sanitizar los filtros. Por lo que evidentemente reclamé, se trataba del filtro de aire acondicionado, si argumento fue que no tenían. Hice que me descontarán. Eso me causo molestia. Ojo precio caro.
Good attention from the staff. You just have to be alive with what they offer you in the service and with what they give you. For example, they told me in the quote to change filters. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, el vendedor que nos tocó, quedó en enviar la información pertinente, mejor nos cambiamos de agencia, y te piden un anticipo para la nueva unidad que llega en 2 meses, por el precio calidad nos mudamos a una agencia que si entienden las necesidades de los clientes. Al momento de solicitar la devolución de nuestro dinero, nos dicen que se tardan 3 semanas en realizar el procedimiento. Esto se llama fraudez ha que en ninguna parte dice que si no compras con ellos te devuelven tu dinero en 3 semanas. Si tienen una mejor oportunidad de inversión haga la, pero. No compren en RENAULT JINETEAN TU DINERO
