Es lamentable el saber que al solicitar una devolución de apartado, por falta de interés en la venta de sus unidades, tuve que esperar 15 días (cuando el vendedor comentó que serían solo 3) Ni el vendedor, ni el gerente tomaron las llamadas y más de 7 veces nos apersonamos en la agencia sin respuesta alguna. Pésimo pésimo servicio, si pudiera recomendar una basura de servicio, ni siquiera tomaría su opción. Mi experiencia fue pésima… les pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0 recomendaría a Renault cambiar de personal, si me dan un contacto para comunicarme puedo dar nombre específicos, ya que no por culpa de estos dos tipos que me tocaron culparé al resto Bad salesmen and liars who ask for money without doing their job and when you claim yours due to their inefficiency they give you long, more lies, and they lengthen the time to return your money since the purchase does not materialize because of THEIR fault, managers in whom You are looking for support and they don't even have the decency to answer, lousy lousy service.
