★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a second hand Duster, paid in full. Took 4 weeks to release the vehicle, numerous excuses. There bank has the money but would not release it to them ?then no Invoice. I have been waiting over a month for the invoice. More excuses and untruths. I now am dealing with lawyers to try resolve this. The extra costs for accommodation, Uber rides etc has really been ridiculous. Now they say that they are changing company name ?? no surprise. If I was Renault head office I would shut them down!
