Bad facilities, I do not recommend it. They offered to put an alarm on my car and it has given me a lot of problems. It activates randomly, it goes on by itself when it wants to and sometimes the locks do not activate, it causes problems with other car systems such as windows and even prevents the car from starting. Due to its poor installation, the alarm module ended up falling and sticking out from under the steering wheel. In the agency they say that it was installed by someone other than them and that they cannot check it, it is not up to them, they have to talk to that provider for that and after more than a year they only get an estimate to see what the problem is It has a cost if I do not decide to repair it with them. You would not expect this type of installation problem from an agency, you come here thinking that they will do a job well done and that you will have support if a problem arises, but this is not the case (if a problem arises they only act as intermediaries between your supplier and one). Another thing is that they never told me that someone outside of them would install it, nor did they tell me what brand of alarm or model they would put on it or even the operating manual.
