El servicio de ventas puede mejorar, ya que el asesor que nos atendió era una persona a la que teníamos que estar insistiendo frecuentemente sobre la entrega del coche. Las instalaciones son cómodas y muy limpias, sólo falta mejorar un poco el estacionamiento, tiene muy pocos cajones disponibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable fuí hacer el servicio de mi Renault y me cambiaron mi llanta nueva de refacción que traía en la cajuela por una vieja y al reclamarles lo negaron enfáticamente, luego les comenté de un cable que deberían checar de la parte de abajo y no lo hicieron , cobrandome igual, renault León sur una decepción total.
I did not recommend servicing my Renault and they changed my new spare tire that I had in the trunk for an old one and when I complained they emphatically denied it, then I told them about a cable that they should check from the bottom and they did not , charging me the same, renault León sur a total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy pequeña la agencia y la única unidad que tenían (de mi interés) es la que estaba lista para entregar a su dueño, afortunadamente era la versión que estaba buscando pero no me pude subir cómodamente para verla y sentirla. Lo malo es que al parecer no tienen unidad demo lo que es incomprensible en estos tiempos. La atención muy buena.
The agency is very small and the only unit they had (of interest to me) was the one that was ready to deliver to its owner, fortunately it was the version I was looking for but I couldn't get up comfortably to see and feel it. The bad thing is that apparently they don't have a demo unit, which is incomprehensible these days. Very good attention.
