★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son excelentes, lamentablemente el personal es incompetente, adquirí una unidad y tiene 3 meses que me dan la hoja de la baja de las placas y no contestan las llamadasy cuando te contestan que te van a enviar la información y nunca lo hacen , la gerente de seminuevos solo da escusas tontas, y ni da solución de manera rápida y efectiva... Pésimo lugar para hacer alguna compra.. En lo que a mi respecta no volveré a comprar ahí y ni lo recomiendo mas por que solo hacen lo que a ellos les. Conviene. Te quieren vender la idea de que ellos harán el trámite pero si no lo aceptas te traen a las vueltas.
The facilities are excellent, unfortunately the staff is incompetent, I bought a unit and it has been 3 months since they give me the sheet of the withdrawal of the plates and they do not answer the calls and when they answer you that they are going to send you the information and they never do, the Preowned manager only gives silly excuses, and does not provide a solution quickly and effectively ... Terrible place to make a purchase .. As for me, I will not buy there again and I do not recommend it more because they only do what they to them. It is convenient. They want to sell you the idea that they will do the procedure but if you do not accept it, they will bring you back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el sistema de citas como tal ya que te agendan una y van recibiendo conforme se les antoja... Te dan una hora de entrega e insisten mucho en que si te lo llevas sin el famoso "lavado de cortesía" está antes... Para quienes no son de la zona donde no está la concesionaria ello representa un problema por la distribución de los tiempos... Al final lo entregan con un lavado flash...

They give you a delivery time and insist a lot that if you take it without the famous "courtesy wash" it is before .. For those who are not from the area where the concessionaire is not, this represents a problem due to the distribution of times ... In the end they deliver it with a flash wash ...
