★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable. El corte del pedal del clutch me lo dejaron muy alto, al realizar la reclamación me dijieron que no habían tocado nada del clutch que prácticamente no eran responsables. He verificado con un ingeniero mecánico y menciona que al ser un sistema hidráulico no se regula el pedal, que es directamente el desgaste del clutch, a lo que me dió a entender que es probable que se lo hayan cambiado ya que mi unidad solo se llevó para servicio de los 20 mil km. Ahora entiendo porque me hicieron esperar para entregármelo minutos antes de que cerraran. Se va a la agencia porque uno requiere garantía en el trabajo pero nada recomendable, preferible llevarlo con un mecánico de confianza.
Nothing recommended. The cut of the clutch pedal was left very high, when making the claim they told me that they had not touched anything of the clutch that they were practically not responsible. I have verified with a mechanical engineer and he mentions that being a hydraulic system the pedal is not regulated, which is directly the wear of the clutch, to which he gave me to understand that it is probable that they have changed it since my unit only took for service of 20 thousand km. Now I understand why they made me wait to deliver it to me minutes before they closed. You go to the agency because one requires a guarantee on the work but it is not recommended, preferable to take it to a trusted mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que obtuve mi carro en la Renault Oaxaca, lo he llevado a todos sus servicios ahí en la agencia. Siempre me brindaban un buen servicio y atención. Hoy me quedo sin palabras y decepciona. Espero que la agencia induzca y capacite a su personal sobre todo en el área de servicios. Un gesto y un mal servicio cambia todo. Ya no recomiendo el servicio ahí.
Since I got my car at Renault Oaxaca, I have taken it to all of its services there at the agency. They always gave me good service and attention. Today I am speechless and disappointed. I hope that the agency will induce and train its staff, especially in the area of services. A gesture and a bad service changes everything. I no longer recommend the service there.
