Sin embargo, he tenido una terrible experiencia con la atención post venta en los ultimos meses. Primero, me fue negada garantía argumentando mal uso de usuario. me parece sorprendente que no cubra trasmisiones. Ni siquiera me entregaron el reporte técnico que solicité. ¡Después, tuve que pagar la reparación de un auto que tenía menos de 4 meses! Pero ahí no termino mi calvario, no existe inventario y ahora tengo 1 mes esperando piezas de refacción y ni siquiera tengo fecha de entrega. Solo espero que la queja en PROFECO me ayuda a presionar para agilizar esta entrega y poder terminar con mi martirio y al mismo tiempo sirva mi experiencia a otros usuarios a buscar otros lados antes de tomar la decisión de comprar con Renault. Resumen: Renault es una marca "barata" pero con una relación calidad-precio moderadamente justa. Renault Querétaro es un distribuidor poco eficaz y poco resolutivo en servicio de post venta. Si están buscando vehículos nuevos, les recomiendo que mejor inviertan un poco más de su dinero para poder encontrar una marca con más confiabilidad y sobre todo con mejores garantías y servicio postventa. Initially I was very excited about a good promotion with which I acquired my Stepway in 2021. However, I have had a terrible experience with after sales service in the last few months. First, I was denied warranty arguing misuse of user. I find it surprising that it does not cover broadcasts. They didn't even give me the technical report I requested. Then I had to pay to repair a car that was less than 4 months old! But my ordeal did not end there, there is no inventory and now I have 1 month waiting for spare parts and I do not even have a delivery date. I only hope that the complaint in PROFECO helps me press to speed up this delivery and be able to end my martyrdom and at the same time serve my experience to other users to look for other sides before making the decision to buy with Renault. Summary: Renault is a "cheap" brand but moderately fair value for money. Renault Querétaro is an ineffective distributor and not very decisive in after-sales service. If you are looking for new vehicles, I recommend that you better invest a little more of your money to be able to find a brand with more reliability and above all with better guarantees and after-sales service.
