★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratan de venderte autos que no tienen, yo hice mi compra (De contado) desde el 4 de noviembre, dijeron que en 15 días tendría mi auto (Kwid bitono), después lo cambiaron a fin de mes, luego a principios de diciembre, luego que el 10 de diciembre, ese día me hablaron para informarme que ya tenían mi unidad, que la estaría recibiendo a más tardar el 20 de diciembre. Yo fui el 14 para conocer el estatus de mi auto, ya que dejaron de responder mi mensajes y no contentaban mis llamadas.
Siempre intentaron que cambiara mi opción de compra, quería un BItono rojo, me ofrecían darme un intens, pintarlo y ponerle los accesorios para volverlo un Bitono.
Después ofrecían darme un Bitono marfil, y tanto para que resultara que el que tenía yo asignado (Rojo bitono) para entrega en diciembre, supuestamente se lo entregaran a alguien más. Que porque liquidó de contado, siendo que yo también tenía liquidado el mío.
Sólo me hicieron perder tiempo. Cave aclarar que cuando surgieron los problemas ya no se comunicaban conmigo ni contestaban, tuve que ir directamente a la agencia para conocer el estatus de todo.
Al final, cancelé con ellos, por su poca seriedad. Si así se ponían para la entrega de un auto (pagado) no quiero saber los problemas que habría por una cuestión de garantía o servicio.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
Tampoco es buena opción para conocer los autos, ya que sólo tienen espacio para exhibir dos o tres.

In the end, I canceled with them, because of their lack of seriousness. If that is how they were put for the delivery of a car (paid) I do not want to know the problems that there would be due to a warranty or service issue.
I do not recommend it at all.
It is also not a good option to get to know the cars, since they only have space to display two or three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi camioneta a servicio y el encargado de servicio que la recibió le pego a la llanta y yo escuché y vi como la tronó y todavía el muy mentiroso dijo que no le había pasado nada, y todavía me trato de tonta qué xq yo no sabía de carros, y cuando llegue mi esposo la reviso y cambiaron la llanta de lugar para que yo no me diera cuenta y tenía un súper parche, a fin de cuentas me tuvieron que reponer la llanta pero lo peor es el tratar con ese tipo tan nefasto, y mentiroso, mientras siga ese tipo no volveré a llevar mi camioneta a esa agencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad fue muy mala experiencia comprar un auto en Renault Roma, lo saque a crédito y de repente mis mensualidades después de 6 meses se elevaron como $1,000 más y aparte te cobran por todo siendo que es su obligación dártelo como una carta factura o el código de tu radio... Tengan cuidado si piensan comprar ahí
