★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, les pedí un portabicicletas y me dijeron que en una semana me llamaban, me quede esperando, les llame, me dieron dos semanas más, solicité la devolución va hacer una semana, dicen que traspapelaron mi documento y es la hora en que sigo sin una respuesta. Son pésimos en la atención. NO RECOMENDABLE.
They have a lousy customer service, I asked for a bike rack and they told me that in a week they would call me, I was waiting, I called them, they gave me two more weeks, I requested a return it will be a week, they say they misplaced my document and It's time I'm still without an answer. They suck at attention. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre mincoche usado ahi, no entregaron los papeles completos y llevo un mes tratando que me den el papel que falta y no dan respuesta, no les interesa dar el servicio, solo les interesa cobrar, si uno no cumple al dia siguiente estan a pie de cañon pero si ellos tienen responsabilidad de hacer algo, pasa un mes y ni si quiera se digan a contestar. Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haria
I bought my used car there, they did not deliver the complete papers and I have been trying for a month to get the missing paper and they do not give an answer, they are not interested in providing the service, they are only interested in charging, if one does not comply the next day they are on foot cannon but if they have responsibility to do something, a month goes by and they don't even say to answer. If I could put 0 stars I would.
