★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda los coches son muy hermosos y la atención de sus empleados muy buena. Yo comparé varias SUV's en esta agencia y otras, pero en la Renault no encontré ninguna con motor turbo. Siendo honestos, elegí la Honda CRV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención del taller, somos de Chihuahua, estabamos de visita en Veracruz, se nos descompuso la camioneta en Xalapa y ahi nos la arreglaron lo mas rápido que pudieron.
La camioneta tiene mejor funcionamiento que como estaba antes de fallar. Muchas gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de mantenimiento y sobretodo garantía deja mucho que desear.
Pará cosas simples como afinaciones o instalación de accesorios bien pero para cosas mayores no. No tienen personas especializadas para arreglar algo.
Cualquier ruido en unidad nueva te dicen que es normal o de plano no encuentran el problema. Termina uno llevándolo por fuera donde si te resuelven el problema.
The maintenance service and above all warranty leaves much to be desired.
For simple things like tuning or installing accessories, it's fine, but not for bigger things. They don't have specialized people to fix something.
Any noise on new unit they tell you it's normal or they flat out don't find the problem. Finish one by taking it outside where they solve the problem for you.
