We were here visiting and I went for Botox and filler. The Doctor and her Asst, Carlos, we're so so nice and very professional. The prices are so good compared to the U.S. that we could fly back here from Houston, get treatments at Renew, and save money! Highly recommend..

Extremely professional. I was unable to get to the spa so I opted for their at home option from my office and Angie was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend. No pain, everything clean and sterile. Adored how fast it was so I could get my drip but be back to work in no time. Love!

We contacted them based on their good reviews and services. The girl at the front desk was rude. Very unprofessional. How you may wonder? We chose a package and she kept trying to add stuff to our package, upsell us if you will, and each time we said no she gave a reason why we were wrong and told us our reasoning was incorrect. I finally said, "Ma'am, we want these packages without the add-on." At which point she lets out this big passive aggressive sigh and literally pushes us our paperwork and all but slammed down the pen and flatly retorted "fill these out." I addressed her immediately by saying, "ma'am, you are rude and your treatment of us is unprofessional." She replied, "No, it's not." I think the owners or the corporate folks at this establishment should know what a childish and rude employee they have in their main communication spot. I think that the product they offer is desirable and in demand. Obviously, that's why we came here. But if, in order to enjoy the product, one must go through a gauntlet of upsell-attempts and rude, unprofessional behavior to get said product, I would say that, to some people, it isn't worth it. We learned our lesson unpleasantly.

I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful spa twice while l was recently in PV. Each time I visited l was welcomed by a very friendly, professional staff. My first visit consisted of me getting fillers. The results were terrific. The nurse who performed the procedure was the best. My second visit was to receive an IV treatment, called the "works". It immediately made me feel like a million bucks. I highly recommend this spa. You won't be disappointed.Enjoy?

Had an incredible IV Treatment today, I did the "Works" because I wanted the Best, and it is Hands down the Best IV therapy Treatment I have Evetr Received. Painless, Comfortable, Awesome Nurse Angie, PAIN FREE(She's Good) and I Feel Better, Not all Amped up, just Better Physically and Mentally. Thank You So so Much I didn't think IV Treatment would do anything, and Let me tell you, I Know 1st hand it does do Alot. Thank You Renew

Great experience and will definitely return. Adam and Nurse Diego were amazing! The facility was very clean and the treatment room was so relaxing. Thank you guys for your help and information. We were a bit nervous walking in being that it was our first IV treatment but because of your calmness and thoroughness in explaining the process, we quickly felt reassured. Everyone visiting PV should go experience this!!

Really enjoyed Renew IV Bar and med spa. Friends and I had the IV treatment after a night of drinking and it was worth the time to get some hydration and vitamin necessities. The staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. The environment was clean and sophisticated. I recommend the IV treatment. ?
