★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No trató de generalizar el servicio que ofrece la tienda pero en mi experiencia mandando a arreglar una mochila, se tardaron más del doble de tiempo en entregarme el producto. Me decían que ellos me llamaban cuando estuviera listo pero jamas lo hicierón, tuve que ir yo personalmente a comprobar de que estuviera listo. No era la primera vez que llevaba esa mochila a reparación, pero lo hicieron mal y tuve que volver a arreglarla tres meses después. Sus precios son más elevados que otros comercios dedicados al mismo rubro y el personal de la tienda deja mucho que desear. (Tanto el trato como la atención)
Definitivamente no recomendaría el servicio pero es mejor que vaya personalmente para así tener un criterio propio.
 He did not try to generalize the service offered by the store but in my experience sending a backpack to repair, it took more than twice as long to deliver the product. They told me that they would call me when I was ready but they never did it, I had to go personally to check that I was ready. It was not the first time I brought that backpack to repair, but they did it wrong and I had to fix it again three months later. Their prices are higher than other shops dedicated to the same item and the staff of the store leaves much to be desired. (Both the treatment and the attention)
Definitely I would not recommend the service but it is better that I go personally in order to have my own criteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente soy el culpable de mi sufrimiento. Es la 5ta ocasión que les doy una nueva oportunidad. Nunca está a tiempo las cosas(por lo que no planeen nada con sus cosas hasta 5 días después de la fecha que les den), los horarios están mal marcados en Google (tienen el verdadero horario pegado en papel), el mismo horario es muy poco práctico y las pobres chicas del mostrador a veces les aparecen lagrimas de una terrible frustración, pobres.

Things are never on time (so do not plan anything with your things until 5 days after the date they are given), the schedules are wrongly marked on Google (they have the real schedule on paper), the same schedule is very impractical and the poor girls at the counter sometimes get tears of terrible frustration, poor people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! En la sucursal de valle del campestre van dos ocasiones que quieren hacer los trabajos como quieren!! No como se les pide. En la Primer ocasión accedí a su petición. Pero ya esta es la segunda, además de que te avisan 1 semana después que "no pueden hacer el trabajo"; para entregarlo otra semana después.
Puros pretextos para hacer dobles los trabajos y cobrarte el doble. Cuando no es necesario. Si a mi se me antoja traer un tenis de una forma y el otro de otra forma, es cosa que no les debe de interesar.
Aquí no aplica: al cliente lo que necesite, aunque puedan dar el servicio no lo hacen.
Sí pudiera pondría ninguna estrella!!!
Appalling!!! There are two occasions at the valle del campestre branch that they want to do their jobs the way they want !! Not as requested. On the first occasion, I agreed to his request. But this is the second one, besides they notify you 1 week later that "they can't do the job"; to deliver it another week later.
Pure pretexts to double the jobs and charge you double. When it is not necessary. If I want to bring one tennis shoe in one way and the other in another, it is something that should not interest you.
It does not apply here: what the client needs, although they can provide the service, they do not.
If I could I would put no stars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, me perdieron un abrigo y dos faldas, sólo se hicieron tontos no me repusieron una parte de dinero de las prendas estaban casi nuevas, se las llevé para que les hicieran unos ajustes y terminó mi ropa perdida y lo peor que no se hacen responsables hasta con el anticipo que les di se quedaron no me devolvieron nada, espero que las personas que lean este comentario lo piensen bien antes de dejar sus prendas u otra cosa en la renovadora don José,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala organización. Me hicieron dar 3 vueltas para recoger mi pedido siendo que en el whatsapp me decían que ya estaba listo para recogerlo. La bolsa que me arreglaron quedo bien.
Bad organization. They made me go around 3 times to pick up my order, even though they told me on WhatsApp that it was ready to pick it up. The bag that they fixed for me was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de entrega no es puntual y no se toman la molestia de llamar para que uno no se de la vuelta en bano además que no contestan el teléfono ni el wasap de verdad muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo y tener que volver mañana por lo que mande reparar mi coraje de tener que aguantar sus malas atenciones hojala me puedan contestar el teléfono en valle del campestre hoy 12 de mayo aún no logro k me devuelvan mis cosas puros corajes con gente inepta hojala hubiera checando los comentarios antes de haber acudido a llevar mis accesorios y lo malo k no hay un lugar para k el responsable pueda leer los comentarios
