Compre un Groupon para hacerlo válido en su sucursal de Eje Central, la cual no se si exista por que no me han querido compartir la ubicación o dirección completa. Desde que intente comunicarme con ellos marcando como local me decía que el número no existía, y marcándolo como celular me respondía una mujer diciendome que no tenía nada que ver con el lugar. Posterior intente comunicarme por facebook, tuve "suerte", me pidieron mi número para comunicarse conmigo y me mandaron un mensaje por WhatsApp del mismo número de celular en el cual me decían que no tenían nada que ver.... Una vez que pude contactarme con Karina (supongo la dueña) me contestaba después de días dandome largas... que no tenian disponibilidad, que se les fue la luz, que no tenían gente para ese momento... mil excusas. Cuando "por fin me agendaron una cita" (sábado 19 de mayo 2018) me pidieron el código del groupon para registrarme, confiadamente se los dí... el día de hoy ya ni contestan mensajes... intente cancelar mi cupón desde la pagina, y en cuanto me meto me dice que ya lo hice válido... cosa que NO ES POSIBLE! Estas personas cobraron mi cupón sin siquiera haberme dado el Servicio, como rateros. Estoy por meter una demanda y espero poder tener respuesta. NO ES UN BUEN LUGAR; NO TIENEN COMPROMISO Y SON UNOS LADRONES!!!
I bought a Groupon to make it valid at your Central Axis branch, which I don't know if it exists because they didn't want to share the location or full address. Since I tried to communicate with them by dialing as local, they told me that the number did not exist, and dialing it as a cell phone, a woman answered me telling me that it had nothing to do with the place. Later I tried to communicate on Facebook, I was "lucky", they asked me for my number to communicate with me and they sent me a message by WhatsApp from the same cell phone number in which they told me that they had nothing to do ... Once I was able to contact Karina (I suppose the owner) she answered me after long days ... that they had no availability, that the power went out, that they did not have people for that moment ... a thousand excuses. When "they finally made an appointment for me" (Saturday, May 19, 2018) they asked me for the groupon code to register, I confidently gave it to them ... today they don't even answer messages ... I tried to cancel my coupon from the page , and as soon as I get in it tells me that I already made it valid ... which IS NOT POSSIBLE! These people collected my coupon without even giving me the Service, like thieves. I am about to file a lawsuit and I hope I can have an answer. IT IS NOT A GOOD PLACE; THEY HAVE NO COMMITMENT AND ARE THIEVES !!!

El servicio no es precisamente malo, las chicas te atienden bien, pero en varias ocasiones me pasaban hasta una hora tarde después de hacer mi cita y únicamente me decían "ahorita te paso". No lo recomendaría del todo, a veces sólo me ponían crema y vendas siendo que había pagado un paquete que incluía aparatología. No sé de qué dependa si deciden aplicártelo en la sesión o no, porque para aplicarme una crema, hasta en casa lo puedo hacer, sin necesidad de desplazarme.
The service is not exactly bad, the girls take good care of you, but on several occasions they passed me up to an hour late after making my appointment and they only told me "right now I'll pass you by." I would not recommend it at all, sometimes they only put cream and bandages on me since I had paid for a package that included appliances. I do not know what it depends on if they decide to apply it to you in the session or not, because to apply a cream, even at home I can do it, without having to move.

Pésimo servicio. Jamás compres un free pass porque te van a inventar 50,000 pretextos para no atenderte. Cambian de personal cada rato y son súper desordenadas con las hojas de control por lo que nadie sabe que tratamiento es el que estás tomando. Sus máquinas se descomponen siempre y te cancelan las citas a la mera hora. Nunca te atienden a la hora de tu cita, siempre te pasan tarde y por lo tanto no recibes la hora completa de servicio. A la dueña es a quién menos le importan sus clientas, así que aunque te quejes y te quejes lo único que hace es darte el avión.
Terrible service. Never buy a free pass because you are going to invent 50,000 pretexts for not attending to you. They change personnel every time and they are super messy with the control sheets so nobody knows what treatment you are taking. Your machines always break down and appointments are canceled at the mere hour. They never attend you at the time of your appointment, they always pass you late and therefore you do not receive the full hour of service. The owner is who cares less about her clients, so even if you complain and complain, all she does is give you the plane.

Pésimo servicio empezando por la disque dueña Karina no tiene palabra es cero comprometida con su trabajo. Su personal no se diga super incompetente no te llaman para avisarte que cancelaron tu cita. Llegas al lugar y está cerrado o los equipos no sirven y así van postergando tus citas. Ah y también si compras en Groupon ya estando ahí te dicen que nada es garantizado que eso sólo lo hace por vender. Así que te empiezan a ofrecer otros productos que según esos si son garantizados. Pero compraste en Groupon el trato es de mala gana si es que te atienden que eso nunca pasa. La dueña se compromete a corregir esas fallas pero es una persona de poco fiar sólo te da largas y pide oportunidades que nunca cumple
Bad service starting with the owner Karina has no word is zero committed to her work. Your staff don't say super incompetent they don't call you to let you know they canceled your appointment. You arrive at the place and it is closed or the equipment does not work and so you postpone your appointments. Oh and also if you buy in Groupon already being there they tell you that nothing is guaranteed that it only does to sell. So they start offering you other products that according to those are guaranteed. But you bought in Groupon the deal is reluctantly if they take care that that never happens. The owner agrees to correct those failures but is a trustworthy person only gives you long and asks for opportunities that never meets
