★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajo nefasto. Me entregaron el carro a destiempo. Sumamente asqueroso por dentro. (Adjunto fotos)
Dentro del trabajo que harían, no entraba la hojalateria de la defensa trasera, pero no tenían porque desgraciarla más. Claramente le dieron un tallon con algo. Y seguramente no se harán responsables, pues lo único que han hecho es lavarse las manos ante todos los inconvenientes y retardos que presentaron con mi vehículo.
Y aunado a esto, la actitud tan prepotente con la que se dirigen al cliente no es ni de cerca la adecuada.
Al trabajar con aseguradoras uno esperaría mínimo un trabajo decente de parte del taller asociado, no un servicio tan deplorable.
Como último punto, mi carro se entrego un día después por un detalle en el pago del deducible, y se entiende, pero el encargado juro y perjuro que mi auto ya estaba listo. Al día siguiente no fui a primera hora. Fui pasado el medio día, y aun asi me tuvieron esperando alrededor de dos horas para entregarlo. Sin saberme dar respuesta del porque la demora.

As a last point, my car was delivered a day later for a detail in the payment of the deductible, and it is understood, but the manager swore and perjured that my car was already ready. The next day I didn't go first thing in the morning. I was past noon, and even so they kept me waiting for about two hours to deliver it. Without knowing how to answer why the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada recomendado, hacen un mal trabajo y les dice uno y se ponen necios de que lo hicieron bien, a parte dejan todo sucio por dentro del vehículo y los vidrios manchados, lo mejor es no regresar a ese lugar cero recomendado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este taller tengan cuidado cuando metan sus carro ya que ahí te quitan el catalizador y nada más te dejan un bote soldado se los comentó por experiencia propia ya que a mí se tardaron casi dos meses en entregarme mi carro ya cuando lo recibí traía kilometraje más alto del que lo deje se acabaron la gasolina y le cambiaron el catalizador la verdad no sé los recomiendo y si llegan tengan cuidado hagan realmente un buen inventario de todas las partes que se pueden robar estos señores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igual de malo que todos los talleres de aseguradora... no esperen nada diferente, lleve mi auto y se esforzaron por hacer el minimo esfuerzo, tenian que reparar 3 piezas y solo repararon una. Tuve que presionar para que arreglaran las 3, ellos le echaban la culpa a la aseguradora que no les habia autorizado todo, y la aseguradora me indicaba que ellos si tenian la indicación de trabajar las 3 piezas.
En fin, la atención como cliente no es tan mala pero el servicio meeeh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a reparar mi salpicadera por un percance que tuve me dicen que solo toman fotos que regrese el lunes jamás cerraron mi cofre y me desmadraron el parabrisas y ni siquiera respondieron pésimo servicio se defienden con una foto que tomaron cuando llegue no cuando me lo entregaron, si no sirviera el cofre yo misma aviso pero los p.... Ni eso saben hacer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres una persona exigente. Que llevas un cauto de lujo. No te lo recomiendo. Muy mal acabado. Dejaron mi puerta charoleado. ( ondulado). Y a la semana se Le fue el brillo. Lo volví a llevar. Me lo entregaron. Igual ondulado . Todo brisnado. se supone q Trabajaron solo la puerta pero y lijaron la otra puerta y parte trasera de ese mismo costado,hay partes q no las pulieron bien y me lo entregaron lijado. Lo pintaron sobre la pintura q ellos mismos pusieron la vez pasada. Y ahora se ve ya grumoso. En fin ya. No dije nada por q tardan 8 días en darte el vehículo. Ah y algunas cosas de artículos míos de estética automotriz se perdieron. La atención es buena pero el trabajo es pésimo. Lo lleve por q me recomendaron pero terminaré mejor llevandolo a la agencia. La primer foto es como me entregaron la segunda vez. La segunda foto es como fue el golpe. Y la última foto donde sale más de lejos la camioneta fue cuando lo regrese la primera vez

Oh, and some of my automotive aesthetics items got lost. The attention is good but the work is terrible. I took it because they recommended me but I will end up better taking it to the agency. The first photo is how they gave me the second time. The second photo is how the coup was. And the last photo where the truck comes out farther was when I returned it the first time
