Su servicio es muy limitado y con poco interés en el servicio del cliente, ni se te ocurra llegar una hora previa al cierre, pues aunque no haya más clientes, las chicas ya no te brindarán el servicio, aunque puedan hacerlo. Un servicio que puedes obtener en cualquier otro lugar.

El ambiente es muy agradable, te reciben con una botellita de agua, café o refresco, además de brindarte un excelente customer service al poner atención en los detalles que les solicites en la decoración de tus uñas. También tuve una sesión de masaje relajante y la experiencia fue muy grata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía ser cliente frecuente de este lugar por el servicio y atención, hoy fui después d mucho tiempo y me atendió una chica llamada Gabriela que honestamente no me gusto desde que llegue su actitud fue grosera y no profesional, argumentó que no tenía el tiempo suficiente porque no hice cita pero creo que si no tenían el tiempo para atenderme bien era preferible negar el servicio, amablemente otra de sus compañeras termino el manicura bien pero quedo decepcionada por el trato.
I used to be a frequent customer of this place because of the service and attention, today I went after a long time and I was attended by a girl named Gabriela who honestly did not like me since I arrived, her attitude was rude and unprofessional, she argued that she did not have enough time because I didn't make an appointment but I think that if they didn't have the time to treat me well it was preferable to deny the service, kindly another of her colleagues finished the manicure well but I was disappointed by the treatment.

Paola me aplicó gelish en manos y súper precisa, atenta a los detalles para que mis uñas quedaran al 100% ella también es muuuy agradable :)

I recommend that you update your Google photos because nothing to see, it's super big, first class facilities, very good service, value for money. Paola applied gelish to my hands and she was super precise, attentive to details so that my nails were 100%, she is also very nice :)
