Pésimo lugar y pésimo el administrador, llegué rentando bajo la ilusión de qué es un lugar qué incluye serivicios (agua caliente, luz, internet) y no fue así. Agua caliente solo había una o dos veces por semana, agua se iba cada tercer día al igual que el internet, en múltiples ocasiones me dejó sin internet por 3-4 días, la luz se bajaba con solo conectar el microondas, y si más inquilinos la usaban se iba completamente y al reclamar al señor solo alegaba que no era su culpa y que no había más qué hacer. El señor muy conflictivo y solo le interesa cobrar, ya que para la renta si estaba muy presente hasta días antes de la fecha de corte. Lugar muy sucio, nunca se hace aseo ni barren las áreas de pasillos/ escaleras. Supuestamente se hace contrato por un año con un mes de depósito, nunca te comenta que de salirte no te devuelve nada, y al yo salirme a los 4 meses no recibí nada de vuelta. PESIMO LUGAR, NO RECOMIENDO RENTAR AQUÍ.

Lousy place and lousy the administrator, I came renting under the illusion of what is a place that includes services (hot water, electricity, internet) and it was not so. Hot water was only once or twice a week, water went every third day just like the internet, on multiple occasions it left me without internet for 3-4 days, the light went down just by connecting the microwave, and if more tenants they used it completely and when claiming the Lord only claimed that it was not their fault and that there was nothing else to do. Mr. very conflicted and only interested in charging, since for rent if he was very present until days before the cutoff date. Very dirty place, never cleaning or sweeping the areas of corridors / stairs. Supposedly a contract is made for a year with a month's deposit, he never tells you that if you leave, nothing returns to you, and when I left at 4 months I received nothing back. WE LOVE PLACE, NOT RECOMMENDING RENT HERE.
