★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El arrendor parece ser muy amable, respetuoso y atento, pero es muy ventajoso. Lean bien los contratos. En cuanto a la estructura general del lugar, es una vecindad modificada: son varios pisos de habitaciones muy pequeñas, ideal para quien solo quiere literalmente un cuarto con una cama, y la tranquilidad dependera del vecino, porque todo se escucha. Incluye servicio de cocina, lavadora y secadora: todo compartido y se divide por días su uso. El baño es compartido y su disponibilidad dependera del numero de personas que esten en el piso. El servicio de basura es un gasto extra: no te tirarán la basura a menos que pagues. Los costos son altos por lo que se ofrece, si se compara con lo que se puede encontrar en otros lugares por el mismo precio. Los alrededores son inseguros.
 The landlord seems to be very friendly, respectful and caring, but it is very advantageous. Read the contracts well. As for the general structure of the place, it is a modified neighborhood: there are several floors of very small rooms, ideal for those who literally only want a room with a bed, and tranquility will depend on the neighbor, because everything is heard. Includes kitchen service, washing machine and dryer: all shared and its use is divided by days. The bathroom is shared and its availability will depend on the number of people in the apartment. Garbage service is an extra expense - they won't throw your garbage on you unless you pay. The costs are high for what is offered, when compared to what can be found elsewhere for the same price. The surroundings are unsafe.
