★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only issue was an unexpected charge when our flight was delayed for having someone pick us up at the Airport.. The charge was not co indicated to us at any time before till after the deposite and reservation was set..
Besides that we had an Outstanding experience.. Clean car, great and friendly service.. Would try them again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Cancun in April of 2015 and had a great experience with this car rental place. We were hesitant because of the high insurance prices but these guys are affordable. Granted, not the newest cars but we weren't looking for fancy, just reliable and comfortable that would allow to to get everywhere in Cancun we wanted to visit. I found their info as I was going through receipts and I'll be saving it to use them when I go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a good job and didn't try and hit us with any hidden charges. We went there after having another car rental company jack up the price from what we booked on the website.
The downside was the Car rented to us was an older Standard without power steering and a noisy air conditioner. The AC worked though so the the Car was cool at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The car was not the best and it drank more than me ? we had the fill the tank a LOT of times. But people were honest and that’s the best you can ask for.
I booked online, with an online agency - Mexican Car Rental. When you make your reservation, you have to pay part of it (I believe it’s around 30% of the total value). I did everything over WhatsApp. They send you a link and you pay with your card. Every insurance is included.
You meet them at the airport and they take you in a car to their office, it’s a 10 minute drive.
We check the vehicle together, take photos and pay. A credit card is necessary to lock a deposit, it is returned when you deliver back the vehicle.
