PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Book and payed in advance, when I showed up at the desk, the staff said the insurance I bought online (same third party where I made my reservation) won't provide rental coverage while in Mexico therefore the lady at the front desk gave me two options: 1. Get the “basic insurance” from them that will add around $650 dollars for 12 days (absurd, I pay less than that for a whole year on my personal car), or 2. Leave a deposit for the total value of the car ($18,000 dollars), I guess she wasn't specting me to choose option number 2 but when I told her to go ahead and charge the deposit to my card her face immediately change, then she came up with another absurd request (9pm on Sunday) she said "you need to provide us with a letter from your bank which is signed by the bank agent and includes the banks phone number". That Letter, according to them is a letter from the bank confirming that the credit card that I showed them is mine and the bank is allowing them to charge the “large” amount of the deposit in case something happens to the car. And to add a but more confirming that this was a scam she said that she will have to send the letter to their corporate office and usually takes several days for them to respond. I said thank you a left the office, I had to take my business elsewhere. This clearly came across as a scam to try to get me to pay more. I have reported the incident the incident with the third party conpany and will make sure my wife share our experience in social media as well.

Nikte was wonderful. So kind and helpful. The car company will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. 5 stars for customer service. Also side note you will have to buy insurance. They have basic, collision, and full coverage.

Excellent costumer service by Nikte Rodriguez. She explained us everything about the contract and made the process really easy/fast. Recommend one hundred percent.

This place is a bit smaller with less staff than other major car rentals, but service was good and employees were nice. Price was a little lower and insurance requirements were also similar to other major car rental companies (as typical in Mexico they require you purchase their insurance or leave a huge deposit). I would have given 4 stars but the office is located next to what smells like an open sewer. Not their fault but it's a pretty nasty experience. Also it's about a 10 min drive from the airport.

Rentals cost a fortune. Insurance's cost is off the hook. Car Rental companies really take advantage of tourists. Prepare yourself to make a huge payment amount between the rental cost, insurance and security deposit. This is not mentioned in the website. However, Brenda's customer service is stellar. Manager is super accommodating and professional. If it wasn't for the employees these rental companies would be out of business in a heart bit.

Good service I went to Mexico last December for 15 days. and that price it was really cheap compared to other places. and Nikte Rodriguez was a great customer service She was a nice person humble and honest one of those persons that you don't forget. That every time that you wanna go to Mexico you wanna be treated that kind of people????
