La recomendación es llegar directamente a su lote de autos que esta a unos metros de la terminal. Casi 7 mil pesos por un punto en el cristal, para mi es un abuso, no se si ustedes consideran que es justo! Jamás ocuparé nuevamente su servicio. la renta fue por 2 dias este mismo mes de septiembre del 2021 y mi factura salio por casi un total de $9,860 Espero mi experiencia le sirva a otro y no caigan en este tipo de empresas. Advises that new rate is 515.00 for the smallest car in the world. Advised me that I would be getting a larger vehicle as consolation. Bait and Switch folks. Will not honor any online pricing they say. I call bs. Needless to say I did not rent from this company. Terrible, Terrible.

I was so upset I walked away from the place after being treated so mad. Did the company car No No No the said all sales are final No refund and find somewhere else. Well there SCAM didn't work with we nor did any representation if this company even try to help

This is a sever life threatening risk. A/C did not work, (in a beach/hot weather tourist destination), . No explanation of insurance coverage, rude and untrained personnel, zero involvement from manager on responding to questions. Hidden charges. Last time I will be using Europcar.
