I paid and reserved an SUV, instead I got a small sedan that didn’t have enough power to go over the mountains i was visiting. No gas ⛽️ in car when I picked it up. $300 dollars in additional fees. No drop off available for earlier flight departures. No shuttle to and from the airport. Slow customer service. No pick up sights or signs at the airport. Wrong address for pick up and drop off of car on website. Do not use this company. I should have booked with any other company.

First, no one was waiting for us upon arrival, I tried to contact them for 30 minutes and didn't have an answer, finally they contacted us and picked us up 40 minutes later. The lady in the reception was unfriendly and had a very bad attitude. There were a lot of unexpected charges, but the worst was that they didn't respect the CDW coverage that we paid and there insurance was expensive, almost the double of the full rental. Also they gave us a bigger car, we rent a Jetta or similar and we ended up with a Jeep. Worst customer service ever, I wont use this service in my whole life and will never recommend to any person. I am super disappointed and angry with this experience. And obviously anyone respond for this.
