Great. I was satisfied with the car they gave me, I thought I was going to spend much more on insurance but was already included the basic coverage in my reservation if you travel to Puerto Vallarta and want to rent a car I assure you that this company is your best option.

This company was very affordable in terms of car rental rates, also the car I rented was quite comfortable and the vehicle looked and felt like new!

This company is wonderful, all the time I was advised on which car fit my needs, the process to rent the vehicle was very easy and fast. They don't force you to pay for unnecessary things or any kind of strange charge.

Everything turned out very well with this Car Rental Company, I thought it was excellent that they had unlimited mileage so that in this way with all comfort and security I could reach all the places I wanted to visit during my visit to Puerto Vallarta.

Attentive people, remote location on gravel lot. Car in good condition. A little difficulty arranging pickup.

Booked online, weeks before arrival, they charged small amount to “confirm” reservation, payed by PayPal. Well designed booking website with online chat, which we used to add one more day to our original booking, had to chat several times with agent before it was confirmed - not a big deal but can be improved. We arrived and walked to main office, just across the road through pedestrian bridge. Upon arrival our originally booked car wasn’t available but they gave us minivan without extra charge, which we had to exchange day after and gotten our small Chevrolet Beat (odometer 56000 km). Car was in ok shape, front bumper had some damage, which behaved OK on highways but did rattle on stone roads in Puerto Vallarta (downtown roads are cobblestone and in bad shape). Now regarding price, we paid exactly what was in original booking, our 9 day rental was ~US$200. This price included insurance but had a deductible, if you want an option with zero deductible it would cost you more but unlike other companies, it was not mandatory. They will charge you a deposit (in our case MXN4,000) and if you return car without additional damage, deposit will be returned, they will charge one mexican peso, just to reverse deposit transaction. If you compare prices and reviews from other companies around airport, you will find out - reviews are horrible! Why? Because travelers from North America and other continents book through big name travel companies and only get charged couple of bucks per day, then upon arrival, price goes up US$20 per day or even more, and of course travelers think they are being scammed. If you want to avoid this hassle find a company which will be honest upfront. To finalize, I want to mention that above mentioned review is my honest opinion and I’m not affiliated with management of this rental company. Safe travels!

I can't truly recommend this car rental agency. There are cheaper options - even in the era of COVID. For 2 weeks I spent close to 1500 US. Basically what I spent is probably what is close to what the car is worth. The staff seemed nice, but the manager at the desk wanted a receipt for missing windshield wiper fluid when it was 100 pesos for me to fill up and fully empty in the first place. The car was at 60K miles when picked up. At least they didn't charge me for any possible bumps and scratches when there were plenty to begin with - we didn't add any. If you go to Sayulita and San Pancho get a golf cart at either of those locations for 350 a week or cheaper. That's what I'll do. Ultimately I think you can find better.
