He rentado en Guadalajara, cdmx, Cancun y nada que ver con las listas de requisitos que piden en este establecimiento. Si no son de Puebla absténganse de ir a perder su tiempo. iiiDISCRIMINACIÓN TOTAL A FORÁNEOS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente se quedaron atrasados, no quisieron rentar porque mi licencia la acabo de renovar, por suerte saliendo de ahí fui a Hertz y con los mismos documentos que llevaba inmediatamente me rentaron el auto, solo con bastó licencia y tarjeta de crédito, hasta me dieron un día gratis para mi próximo viaje, ojalá se pongan a la vanguardia, supongo que los autos los tienen asegurados y con pedir una garantía basta, me sentí como si fuera a robarles ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en Cancún y me interesó la empresa pues tiene buenas calificaciones. Al hablar por teléfono, me comentan que uno de los requisitos es llevar comprobante de domicilio de alguien que viva en Puebla y que ese alguien vaya junto conmigo a la agencia para corroborar los datos. No sé mucho de esto pero, no se supone que las empresas que se dedican a la renta de autos tienen clientes de todas partes del mundo y que la mayoría no tiene conocidos en el lugar al que va de visita? Decepcionante en verdad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper excelente servicio, muy amables el servicio al cliente sin duda sobre paso mis expectativas. Los carros en excelente condiciones. Además son súper flexibles, basto con a hacer una llamada para extender mi contrato por dos días más cuando entregue el vehículo solo pague los 2 días extras sin problemas. Los recomiendo y en verdad aprecio su atención.
