★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auto que rente fallo a media carretera, tuve que buscar a un mecánico yo por que ellos no me daban ninguna solución y cuando pedí el reembolso de lo que le pague al mecánico me exigían factura y tardaron casi 3 semanas en hacer la devolución. Pésimo servicio.
The car that rents a failure on the middle of the road, I had to find a mechanic myself because they did not give me any solution and when I asked for the reimbursement of what I paid to the mechanic they demanded an invoice and it took me almost 3 weeks to make the return. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda uno de los peores lugares para conseguir refacciones, a parte del precio (alto por ser agencia) la atención es pésima. Tardan demasiado en atenderte, y si es que alguien logra atenderte, te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, el supervisor sin duda no está consciente de la actitud de sus empleados.
Undoubtedly one of the worst places to get parts, apart from the price (high for being an agency), the attention is terrible. They take too long to attend to you, and if someone manages to assist you, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, the supervisor is certainly not aware of the attitude of his employees.
