Stay away from this place. They will rob your money. They charged me extra hour for arriving 5 min late and it was less than 48 hours. They even wanted to charge for an accident that I did not do. En Este sitio son ladrones. Te roban por llegar 5 min tarde. Hasta me querían cobrar por un accidente que no hice.

Zero stars wasn’t an option unfortunately. Very dismissive staff. Gave away our reservation 5 min after accepting it. Then they said we could have another car pulled around immediately. 40 min later the car was ready. Again- strongly suggest you look for another company. Would not recommend. Cristina was particularly unhelpful. She spent the whole time on her phone. Again very dismissive. Go anywhere else.

Do not rent here they ripped me off .While I was there the stole my hud caps and then they were trying to sell it back to me .to all my travelers please do your self a favor and do not rent here .I will take them to court for what they did to me

Was traveling from California and was indecisive on where to book. I decided to go with this company. Great service. Quick to respond and was able to contact them via whatsup for any questions and booking it with my CC. They emailed a confirmation via email. This process was easy and reliable. Will definitely book again.

Terrible service, would not recommend this place. After confirming that my card would only be ran once for the deposit when we made the reservation, they attempted to run it again the following day for the same charge. The men in the office were not helpful and were very rude through the entire experience.

Excellent service, very friendly, patient and understanding staff. Good communication before, during, after rental. Good handling of situation where the car had a malfunction.

¡¡ BEWARE !! Like many others here, we booked a car on the website, payed for it online, but when we arrived at the office, there were no car available ! The person here made us wait for 20 minutes before telling us this, for nothing. We had to look for another rental place and paid 50% more because it was the same day and the last car available. We waited for the refund, which did not arrive, and had to go back to the office at the end of our trip to ask for the refund, and the worst began. They said they COULD NOT MAKE A REFUND on the credit card, nor in cash, and offered to make a paypal transfer on my e-mail... Seriously what kind of company is that ? Of course, they could not make it immediately and not before next monday... Of course the next monday I got nothing... Then they just don't answer any of my e-mails for weeks... Finally I got them on the phone after a month, they want to do a wire international transfer which would cost huge fees. I refuse, and they accept to send me money via Paypal. BUT they said to Paypal it was a commercial transaction (like when you buy something on eBay), so I had to pay commission fees like a seller, and the money was blocked until they receive the package they ordered, which is obviously a non-sense. I'm pretty sure they had no intention to unblock the money, fortunately I managed to unblock it right away by calling Paypal on the phone. They just said they were not used to make refunds. They NEVER apologized once. I chose ONLY rental because of the good reputation they had, which I don't know how they got it because they clearly don't care about customers and tried to steal me. IF YOU RENT A CAR HERE YOU'RE NOT ASSURED TO HAVE ONE, EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR IT, AND YOU MIGHT NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY BACK !!

The car was ok. But they wanted to charge a 25.000 M$ deposit on my credit card for a 24h rental. Finally the deposit was 15.000 M$ which is still hold on my credit card after 10 days. This is a no go. Normally you should book a temporary hold on the card and release it immediately after your client returns the car. Not recommend!
