Las citas es recomendable hacerlos con unos dos días de anticipación antes del evento donde lo vas a utilizar, para que lo puedan llevar al lugar si es que lo tienen en sus otras dos sucursales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente yo no opino pero en esta ocasión quiero decirles mi experiencia, por cuestiones de lugar he acudido a las 3 sucursales que tienen y a mi me atendieron súper bien, es más, se pasan de amables, pero unos clientes que llegaron cuando yo estaba llegaron sin cita, no sabían lo que querían y no habían leído los requisitos, se les pusieron pesados al personal, así que antes de criticar lean, pregunten y vean en la pagina su catalogo en linea porque si creen que pueden llegar como una tienda departamental a probarse o agarrar todo están equivocados, por eso hagan cita pidan sus 3 disfraces que se quieren probar, todo esta ahí costos, tallas, requisitos etc. Se me hace injusto como se pusieron los "clientes" porque hasta pena ajena me dio de como se portaron las personas que llegaron y aclaro, no, no trabajo ahí.

La variedad de disfraces es buena, pero recomiendo apartar con anticipación y probarlos.
Sí vienen en auto deben usar parquímetro así que traigan monedas.
Lean o pregunten los requisitos bien antes de venir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente o dueña del lugar tiene un servicio nefasto, el primer contacto te pide lo hagas por mensaje y sus respuestas son cortas y tajantes, en persona es igual, no te da opciones de nada, pareciera que al ir a rentar el disfraz te esta haciendo un favor con su mal trato y mala actitud.
En su página de Internet muestran una gran variedad de disfraces y no dudo que lo tengan pero solo te dan opción de elegir un par para probartelos en la cita, la calidad es buena pero sin duda no regresaría, invirtiendo un poquito más podrías comprarte un disfraz nuevo y te ahorras el mal rato que te hacen pasar para todo.

Los disfraces en buen estado y buena variedad.
La señora que tiene más edad y aparentemente "es como la jefa" es un poco pesada, tiene cara todo el tiempo y es algo imprudente, pero en contraste muy bien el equipo de jóvenes que atiende y una felicitación ¡en especial a Mario! es demasiado gentil, claro, eficiente y en verdad busca que el cliente quede muy satisfecho, una felicitación y se que voy a disfrutar mucho el disfraz.
