M	Miriam Ordorica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí va la experiencia con la renta de cabañas y de motos: * Primero nos dijeron que llegaramos a la hora que quisieramos por la mañana, que nuestra cabaña estaría lista. * Luego nos dijeron que no estaba lista y que regresaramos a las 12, llegamos a la 1 para más seguridad y aun nisiquiera la limpiaban, llegó el encargado de la limpieza y se tardó 3 horas en tenerla lista. * Así que recibimos a las 4 de la tarde una cabaña disque limpia para 10 personas, ninguna de las puertas de los 3 baños cerraba y ninguna tenía jabón o papel sanitario, los muebles de baño estaban llenos de tierra, el baño del primer piso goteaba, las cobijas olían asquerosamente sucias. * Al día siguiente nos exigieron desocupar la cabaña a la 12 siendo que la recibimos hasta las 4, y el encargado se portó super grosero cuando íbamos saliendo. Conclusion: Mazamitla es hermoso, pero estas cabañas y su servicio son basura ? O	Ofelia Beltran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio...el guía fue muy amable y en todo momento nos estuvo cuidando de que el grupo no se separara o quedaran algunos atrás, en mi caso mi moto presentó una falla y amablemente la corrigió para poder continuar el recorrido, eramos un grupo demasiado grande 8 motos y un Raicer para un sólo guía, cuando en otras ocasiones nos han acompañado 2, pero debieron tener mucha demanda y por eso solo nos mandaron 1, debido al clima que empezó a llover, fuimos más lentos y tardamos más de lo esperado, lo que provocó que amonestaran a nuestro guía, cosa que nos pareció injusta por parte de sus compañeros que al siguiente día lo tuvieron castigado, cuando el sólo cumplió con su trabajo de salvaguardar nuestra integridad. A sus compañeros una gran X, que hasta de groserías le dijeron y le gritaron muy feo...sobre todo uno de "cabello chino" que parece que trae peinado "afro" del greñero que se carga...que mal te viste al insultar a tu compañero... Can't belief they have to clean the Cuatrimotos after the ride, so if it rains and it gets extra muddy, then they will have to clean them before these can be used again, I advise to give a tip even if it's a few bucks. I will go back to visit Mazamitla, there's still so many more tours I would like to see.
