La moto no tenía luces. Ninguna.
No les reconocieron el día pérdido, y nos les dieron ninguna alternativa.
Una estafa.
Penoso, porque el resto de los servicos en Tulúm suelen ser buenos.
Terrible attention. They ruined the whole day for two friends who rented a motorcycle.
The bike had no lights. None.
They did not recognize the day lost, and they gave us no alternative.
A fraud.
Painful, because the rest of the services in Tulum are usually good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sitio de alquiler centrico, moto pequeña de 125 cc a 500 pesos 24 horas y la de 150 cc a 750 pesos.
Se deja pasaporte extranjero de garantia y siempre tomarle foto a la moto antes de salir y que les muestren el nivel de gasolina.
Por lo demas un poco de cuidado al manejar, la mayoria da prioridad a las motos, perp algunos siempre quieren rebasar y pasarte.
Good central rental site, small motorcycle of 125 cc at 500 pesos 24 hours and the 150 cc at 750 pesos.
Foreign passport is left as a guarantee and always take a photo of the motorcycle before leaving and show them the level of gasoline.
For the rest, a little care when driving, most give priority to motorcycles, but some always want to overtake and pass you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay far away from this place there are plenty of options in the area. I agreed on a rental price and upon returning the scooter the same day (oppose to the full 24 hours later) I was charged an additional 500 pesos and she would not return my passport unless it was paid.
The pictures that are on google are stock photos.
