★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. te piden un depósito para rentar las togas y ya que les pagas te dejan de contestar. no dan solución a ninguno de los problemas y son cero flexibles. la persona que es responsable no es capaz de dar la cara y solo dan las largas para atenderte. las opiniones que ponen aqui abajo seguramente es porque obligan a los clientes a poner 5 estrellas pero la realidad es que apenas y se merecen una estrella
Terrible customer service. They ask you for a deposit to rent the gowns and once you pay them they stop answering you. they do not solve any of the problems and are zero flexible. The person who is responsible is not able to show his face and they only wait to help you. The opinions that they put here below are surely because they force clients to put 5 stars but the reality is that they hardly deserve a star
